The Muppets appeared on long-running game show Family Feud with host Louie Anderson during the week of November 9, 2001, competing against The Dixie Chicks and friends (country singers Buck Owens and Keith Urban). Muppets in attendance included Kermit, Pepe the King Prawn, Johnny Fiama, Dr. Phil Van Neuter, Sal Minella, Mo Frackle, Sweetums and Rizzo (seen only in the audience).

Sesame Street had a parody of Family Feud in 1981, called Family Food, and hosted by original Feud host Richard Dawson.
