"Exercise" is a song from Sesame Street, performed by Betty Lou, accompanied by Grover and four Anything Muppets. They all sang the song while dancing around and exercising.

It is a spoof of Olivia Newton-John's "Physical."

The performers include Fran Brill as Betty Lou, Jim Henson as the Green Anything Muppet, Martin P. Robinson as the Lavender AM, Brian Muehl as the Fat Blue AM and Richard Hunt performing Grover to a vocal track by Frank Oz.
