It is a spoof of Olivia Newton-John's "Physical."

The performers include Fran Brill as Betty Lou, Jim Henson as the Green Anything Muppet, Martin P. Robinson as the Lavender AM, Brian Muehl as the Fat Blue AM, Jim Kroupa as the Pumpkin Orange AM and Richard Hunt performing Grover to a vocal track by Frank Oz.
