Evander Holyfield (b. 1962) is a professional boxer who from 1990 until 1994 was reigning Heavyweight Champion.

He made a cameo appearance in Muppets Tonight episode 210, encountering Sal Minella in a laundromat. There was also a reference of him beating Mike Tyson.
