In Ernie and the Twiddlebug Town Fair, the Twiddlebugs are having a big party. It's a celebration they hold every year when the geraniums in Ernie's window box begin to bloom.
This year, however, the Twiddlebugs find themselves lacking a big-top tent. They decide to borrow Ernie's bandana. This creates a problem for Ernie, as he was hoping to play "ride 'em cowboy."
