Ernie decides to paint a picture for an art contest. After he finishes his rubber duckie picture, Ernie's cousin Fred mails him a realistic tiger painting. Ernie briefly considers entering that picture instead of his own, but then decides not to, but then Bert decides to enter Ernie's painting and mistakenly enters the picture that was mailed to Ernie. Ernie wants to clear up the confusion, but everybody likes the painting that he didn't do.
