|Plot||Luis Fidel comes to sing (season premiere)|
| ||La Abuela, Lola and Elefancio assit Pancho in preparing a special onion soup (using Pancho's mother's famous recipe). Word comes in on their radio that famous singer, Luis Fidel, is coming to perform at the plaza. They all leave the kitchen to tell everyone on the plaza of Luis' incoming arrival. Back at the kitchen, Pancho pines that his friends will return to help.|

| ||Ernie tries to put a pot on Bert's head. Bert asks Ernie why he's doing that, and Ernie says that he broke a cookie jar. Ernie has to put the cookies somewhere, so he put them in the sugar bowl – and put the sugar in the flowerpot, which meant that he had to put the flower in a milk bottle. He put the milk in the soda bottle, the soda into the fishbowl, and the fish in Bert's cowboy hat. Bert asks, "Now what am I going to wear when I want to play cowboy?" Ernie puts the pot on Bert's head and says, "Ride 'em, cowboy, Bert!"|
| ||A girl dances to mambo music.|
| ||Elefancio returns to help Pancho, while Luis and his Multimonstruo photographer arrive at the plaza. Everyone on the plaza has a party set up for his arrival and Lola leaves to get her photo of Luis, so they will know him when they see him. Luis follows the smell of Pancho's soup, while the monster finds the rest of the residents, who mistake him for Luis. Luis is sent back to the plaza by Pancho, who is told to save some soup for him. Lola returns with her picture just as Luis finds the group, who welcome their guests to the plaza. Back in the kitchen, Elefancio refuses to taste test Pancho's soup.|
| ||An "imán" (magnet) attracts the word.|
| ||Carmen cheers up some kids with a song about how special they are.|
| ||Kids talk about what they want to be when they grow up.|
| || Baby Bear comes back with another red crayon, but notices that Elmo is wearing a doctor's outfit. He's wearing them because he wants to be a doctor when he grows up, and he wants to be drawn that way now (he got the props while Baby Bear was getting the crayon). Once again, Elmo changes his mind at the last second, and runs off. He comes back dressed as a fireman, then changes his mind again and decides to be drawn as himself. Baby Bear gives up, not believing Elmo will hold still.|

| || As Luis' concert begins, Pancho offers Maria some of his soup (she passes, naturally). Luis then starts singing "La Plaza" (joined by Carmen and La Abuela from the crowd).|
