The Babies hear that a theme park called Wonder World will open in five years. They don't want to wait that long so they build their own, Babyland. In the final scenes, they attend a movie screening featuring animated versions of their adult Muppet counterparts, as depicted in the Little Muppet Monsters episode "Space Cowboys".
