Telly joins them after hearing about a party. However, they have no idea how to throw a quinceañera, until they spot Mando in the distance.

Zoe and Abby split to find something.
Abby returns with 15 tomalito and Zoe brings 15 empanadas. The 15 points out the food totals to 30 items, which makes her cry. Zoe and Abby argue over which food they'll serve, until Mando teaches them to compromise and they serve both foods, just totaling 15 food items. She now asks about the dancers, which they don't have either. She sobs, until Zoe and Abby rush off once more.
Zoe and Abby return with 14 monsters and Anything Muppet dancers, but are missing one more. Zoe and Abby both want to dance, but can't agree once more. Mando suggests they compromise again and they decide to take turns being the 15th dancer.
