SCENE Elmo shows Leela his rollerskating, when they find the Three Little Pigs building a house on Sesame Street. They explain that Better Homes and Styes Magazine holds an annual "Best House of the Year" contest, and the winner gets their photo in the magazine. They call the editor (by yelling loudly), which summons Mr. William "Bill" Ding (Tim Gunn) and his photographer, Fanny. He positively critiques the house and deems it prize-worthy, that is until the Big Bad Wolf arrives. Elmo knows the story well enough to know that the wolf can't blow down brick, but he's been working out with a personal trainer. Just as Fanny is about to take their photo, the Wolf huffs and puffs, sending Elmo rolling away and leaving their house in shambles. Bill deems their home imperfect and heads off. "Bill Ding has left the building!," Fanny states (to Leela's confusion). Leela suggests that if they want to win, they need to make a house from stronger material. Two pigs suggest straw and twig, until Elmo finds a rock, which seems harder than brick. The pigs go with the idea and sing "We're Gonna Build a New House" in preparation.

SCENE cont'd The pigs have built a new home entirely from stone and call Bill Ding back. Despite their previous house's failure, he inspects the new one and finds it suitable for Best House of the Year. The Big Bad Wolf appears again and reduces the new house to rubble, again just before Fanny can take its photo. Bill and Fanny leave again, forcing the pigs to start from scratch again. One pig suggests straw again, while another suggests a home made of squirrels. Elmo finds a watering can made of metal, a material that should be stronger than rock. The pigs sing their song again.

SCENE cont'd The pigs have made a stylish home of metal and call the editor back. Fanny sings a short song introducing Bill, who is upset to find he's meeting the pigs again. He is again pleased with their work, which cues a re-appearance of the Big Bad Wolf. He's still able to destroy their house with a huff and puff, again before Fanny can capture it. She and Bill head for their limo, leaving the pigs dejected, as nothing's stronger than metal. Leela thinks they don't need something stronger, they just need an innovation. Elmo realizes that when he was blown, he was just sent rolling away instead of being broken up. They see that if their house was on wheels too, it might just roll away instead of being destroyed. The pigs once again sing their building song.

SCENE cont'd The pigs make a duplicate of their first house, only on wheels. Bill Ding arrives and isn't amazed with their design, as it's the same as the first and is certain the Wolf will blow it down. The Wolf appears to huff and puff, but only sends the house rolling away without blowing it in. Bill is impressed and gives them the award, as he and Fanny chase after the house for a picture.

While he goes to get some useful technology, the penguins notice the Super-Grovermobile is big and heavy like the ice, but it can move with the help of wheels.
