He uses his powers of investigation and claims they're on the wrong sides. They switch places, but the boat is still uneven. He thinks he can make the elephant lighter by having him remove his hat, but it doesn't work, but they could make the sheep's side heavier to match the elephant's weight. Grover zooms off and gets two more sheep and throws them into the boat, which makes it almost proportional, but not enough. Grover can't find any more sheep and instead, dresses as a sheep and hops into the boat, making each side even. The elephant gets out to untie the boat from the dock, sending Grover and the sheep flying into the lake.
