|COLD OPEN||What's the Word on the Street?: Appetite|
| ||SCENE||Abby is telling Elmo about sparkles, when she gets a call from her mommy. Abby must return some books to the library and dashes off, leaving her wand behind. Elmo picks the wand up and tries to make some magic with it, but nothing happens. He uses it for other things, like a backscratcher. He then pretends it's a conductor's baton and waves it around exclaiming "Music, Music, Music!" He then taps himself with the wand, and suddenly...|
| ||SCENE cont'd||...music begins to play and he starts to sing everything he says. He is confused at first, then sees this may the fault of the wand. He tries the spell again on Bob and Gordon, who begin singing about their chess game. He then performs the spell on some kids and other people in the arbor. Elmo is happy he can spread music to all of the street and looks for more people to make sing, leaving the people in an endless loop of singing "Can't Stop Singing (song)..."|
| ||SCENE cont'd||Elmo spots Baby Bear going into Hooper's Store for his usual porridge. Elmo waves the wand and he and Alan begin singing about porridge. Elmo waves the wand up high and they begin singing in high voices about how hot the porridge is. Elmo waves it low, making them sing in a low octave about how cold the next bowl is. Elmo waves the wand in between high and low and their voices become normal (and the porridge comes out just right).|
| ||SCENE cont'd||Elmo follows Chris to the Laundromat, where Chris presents Leela with his mustard-stained shirt he needs clean. Elmo waves the wand toward them, and then everyone sings with Chris about his shirt. Elmo moves the wand slowly, which makes everyone sing softly. He waves it faster, making them go louder.|
| ||SCENE cont'd||Elmo dances down the street, happy with the music he has made, until he sees the people in the arbor, tired of singing. Elmo decides to end it all, but doesn't know how. Everyone else on the street joins them in the arbor, mixing their songs into a jumble. Elmo is upset, when Abby arrives back and fixes everything.|
|SCENE||Elmo apologizes to everyone and says he just wanted everyone to sing. Leela tells them that he doesn't need magic; he just needs to start singing and others will follow. She leads everyone in a song, "Music Deep Inside." Afterward, they all dance down the street, clapping and singing.|

With a brief game of “Eeny Meeny Miney Ming”, Blögg is chosen to the Cinderella. First they must poof a gown on him. They turn him into a hula dancer (dressing “down”), a clown and James Brown, until they come up with a good rhyme and make a gown appear. Next, they need glass slippers, but they ones they conjure up are too small and too big (and end up breaking, forcing Niblet to clean them up). They call on Spot, who shows them images of the number 12, which Gonnigan realizes is Blogg’s shoe size. Next, they need to turn a pumpkin into a coach, but Niblet has already eaten it. They improvise and turn Niblet into a motorcycle, which sends them all around the room. Gonnigan steers them to the ball pit, which counts as going to the ball, which means they pass and get their wings!

A group of penguins begin their dance practice, but a large ice block is in the way. Super Grover 2.0 arrives in the Super-Grovermobile to help. Using his powers of observation, he sees the ice block is in the way of the problem, but learns it is the problem. Now with his powers of investigation, he tickles the ice to see if it will move. A penguin suggests pushing it, but Grover declares it as his own idea and tries to push, with no success. He makes a bigger push (running into it), but doesn't move. While he goes to get some useful technology, the penguins notice the Super-Grovermobile is big and heavy like the ice, but it can move with the help of wheels. While Grover begins to whack the ice with a golf club to move it, the penguins take his wheels (and his golf club) and stick them under the ice, making it easy to move. As the penguins dance off, Grover wonders why his car won't move.

- The street story for this episode was used as the basis for the Sesame Street Live show, Can't Stop Singing.
- This episode makes a subtle reference to the Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical episode "Once More with Feeling" from 2001. Both stories are about the characters falling under a spell that makes them sing involuntarily. David Fury celebrates the removal of a mustard stain from his red shirt, while Chris requests that Leela help him get the mustard stain out of his red shirt.
- Tyler Bunch, Carmen Osbahr and Stephanie D'Abruzzo make cameos in the laundromat.
