SCENE
Telly reads his "Furry Four" comic book to Elmo and Abby and introduces each of the four members: The Furry Flash (who can run fast), The Furry Tornado (who spins faster than a tornado), Mr. Furry (who can become invisible) and Mr. Furry Muscles (who has tremendous strength). They find the characters cool and decide to pretend to be them. They all rush off to get some costumes.
4218c
SCENE cont'd
They all return as the heroes in the book; Elmo as the Furry Flash, Abby as the Furry Tornado and Telly as Mr. Furry (who pretends to be invisible by covering himself in his cape). They then notice they're lacking a fourth member to play Mr. Furry Muscles. Telly thinks this is a good mission for them and they sing a heroic theme. They activate their powers and look for a fourth pretender.

SCENE cont'd
The three heroes crash into Rosita and Zoe. They take a count and find their are five of them; one too many. Maria and two kids arrive and take the two monsters away so they can do some gardening. The heroes continue their search after singing their theme again.

SCENE cont'd
Their powers cause them to land onto a chicken. They count off and find that with the chicken, they're now the complete Furry Four! Elmo stuffs the chicken into a cape, but it leaves in a huff. A squirrel then arrives, in full costume, willing to portray Mr. Furry Muscles with them. He attempts to show off his super strength by lifting up a heavy mailbox, but instead causes his back to break and heads for a "super chiropractor". They sing their heroic theme again and use their powers to wander off.

SCENE cont'd
They all fall over by Chris, who they learn is a big Furry Four fan. With him, they add to four and get him into costume, making them The Furry Four at last! As they all sing their theme again, Leela comes by for a tuna sandwich. Telly announces their new mission and they stumble off to help her, while Chris tends to his order in character.

Abby's Flying Fairy School
Mrs. Sparklenose steers the school to their field trip location: Colonial Trolliamsberg. However, Blogg (being half-Troll) seems down about the trip. When they arrive, the Troll guard asks them a riddle so they can pass: "What has one line down and one line across and you need it to tickle and toss?" The guard also notices Blogg's wings, which he tries claiming are "armpit-coolers". Gonnigan and Abby ask Spot, who shows them the alphabet. They then realize the answer is the letter T.
Inside the town, Blogg makes more attempts to hide his wings by putting a backpack over them (causing everything inside to spill out) and a large sweater. Abby and Gonnigan meet a candlestick maker, who asks them to estimate how many ears full of wax it'll take to make one candle. Gonnigan's guess turns out to be right (6 ears worth). They then head to the center of town, where Garfunkel the Griffin is performing. However, Niblet's flash-photography causes Garfunkel to freak out and angrily fly to the sky and the only to get him down to whisper "Nap time" in his ear. Abby tries, but the person must be a troll. Mrs. Sparklenose explains to Blogg that sometimes "Differences make the difference", boosting his confidence and he flies up to put Garfunkel to sleep. Everyone in the town reveres him.

Bert and Ernie's Great Adventures
Ernie and Bert are now dog-walkers and have been hired by Ostrich Lady to walk her dog, who is sad and never left her premises. As they go through the park, the dog encounters a squirrel for the first time and chases it around, with Bert and Ernie following. The dog lands in the fountain, getting all wet. She then spots a pigeon and jumps at it, landing in a pile of leaves. Bert offers her the dog treats she "loves", but she turns them down and instead eats Heidi's hotdog. She sees the squirrel again and chases it to a construction area, where she gets paint all over her. Ernie and Bert return the dog to the Ostrich Lady, who is amazed that her dog is happy again. She thanks them for a good job.
