Big Bird notes that the adults are excited today. Gina discusses her travel plans with Alan, Maria, Gordon, and Luis outside her veterinary practice. Bob gives her a baby blanket. Big Bird, Rosita, Baby Bear, and Elmo wonder what is going on, so they decide to ask Gina.

Gina explains to the Muppets that she is going to adopt a baby. She describes her plans and justifications for doing so, and shows a photograph of Marco.

A flashback sequence plays as Gina meets Marco for the first time, as the tune "Hello Little One" plays.

Gina notes that she and Marco were meant to be together. The others compliment her on her story and encourage her to go pick up her baby, who was born in Guatemala.

Grover arrives, and gives Gina all the equipment necessary for her to swim to Guatemala, to the others' snickers. Gina explains that she intends to fly rather than swim, prompting Grover to leave.

Maria intends to travel with Gina, to give her company and help her understand Spanish while in Guatemala. Rosita names a few Spanish words to teach her baby. The other adults wish them well on their trip, and they exchange hugs.
