It's Rocco's birthday! Zoe has prepared party invitations and gives them to Gordon and Elmo. But: What do you give a rock for a present?

Sensing a problem on the street below, Super Grover promptly crash-lands and tries to think of solutions for gifts. Miles arrives and offers a more rational idea, though: Drawing a picture of Rocco on a pony.

Finally, it's party time! Rocco's entire "family" is present: Rocky, Rockmoninov, Uncle Rock, Aunt Rock, and Little Rock. The various characters present their gifts, with Big Bird's birdseed bow tie and Elmo's picture achieving kind receptions.

Miles brings the cake and sings a birthday song. Zoe notes that Rocco is thankful and happy, and they all dance... except for Grover, pinned under the boulder he lugged in as a present!
