SCENE Gina is swamped with patients at her clinic and wishes she has some help. Suddenly, her Furry Godmother appears to solve her problems (in exchange for some ear-scratching). With a wave of her magic doggy bone, Gina's new assistant appears - Grover! He blows his whistle and tells everyone to vacate the pool, until Gina points out her job is to take care of animals. He does some softshoe singing and dancing to cure the animals, but Gina keeps him in the waiting room while she tends to the hiccuping Mr. Duck.

SCENE cont'd A camel arrives for his checkup, but Grover mistakes him for a horse with a nasty bump. He calls out Gina to help him, but she tells him he's not a horse. Grover chides the camel for wasting Gina's limited time with his horse impression, and the camel decides to come back later in the week. Grover reminds Gina to tend to Mr. Duck.

SCENE cont'd Grover goes over the list of patients in queue, but can't seem to communicate with one patient (a lamp). He worries of their well being and calls Gina back out. She tells him the lamp is not alive ("Oh, no, I am too late!" Grover cries) and it doesn't need her aid. She returns to Mr. Duck.

SCENE cont'd Mr. Johnson arrives and is disappointed to see Grover is employed here too. Grover ignores him for a moment as he jots down a "moosage" from Mrs. Cow. Mr. Johnson brings in his kitty, Fluffy, for her check-up. Grover freaks out, believing she is a tiger instead. He calls Gina to help him out and she points out that despite both species being feline, Fluffy is a mere kitten. Then, a tiger arrives for his appointment, frightening Mr. Johnson away. The tiger also flees when he sees Fluffy.

SCENE cont'd The Three Little Pigs are suddenly blown into the waiting room, followed by the Big Bad Wolf, who has an uncontrollable case of "Huff-and-Puffitis." Grover doesn't see this as an emergency worthy of Gina's time, when he's huffed-and-puffed through the examination room door. Gina solves the issue by giving the Wolf some "Huff-and-Pufficillin." Grover doesn't think he's cut out to be a veterinarian's assistant, when Mr. Duck reveals Grover's crash surprised him enough to cure his hiccups! Grover goes off to cure more ducks, bringing along Mr. Duck as his assistant. The Furry Godmother re-appears, not to grant any wishes, but to get some more scratching (she has fleas).
