The kids see Nanny mixing up something that smells and looks disgusting, and they're sure it's going to be their snack! At the end, the Babies find out that Nanny's actually mixing up wallpaper paste.

- Clips are used from Oliver!, The Blob, and Runaway.
- The episode's title is a reference to the movie Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Other references are made to Conan the Barbarian and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
- The "Go bye-bye" sequence at the end with Baby Animal appearing in a giant blob of dough was used by Nickelodeon on some episodes to replace the original "Go bye-bye" segments (often replacing ones with Gonzo telling the viewers they will be right back.)
