When Mokey feels her artistic popularity is overshadowed by that of a painter named Pedley Fraggle, she sets out to get it back. The Trash Heap gives her a magic paintbrush -- but it can bring great danger to anyone who uses it.
Meanwhile, Sprocket is jealous of Ned Shimmelfinney's cat Fluffinella when she beats him in Fling-and-Fetch 27 times, so he decides to go into training.
