SCENE
Alan brings out a bowl of porridge to Baby Bear, who is sitting at a table in the courtyard. As Baby Bear takes a bite of it, the porridge burns his mouth and Baby Bear quickly takes the spoon out of it. Since it was hot, Baby Bear decides to wait for the porridge to cool.

At that moment, Telly came by in search of interviews for Monster on the Spot. Cinderella quickly brushes him off, as do the three little pigs, and their pursuant, Big Bad. Baby Bear offers himself to Telly as an interview subject, but Telly counters that "all you do in the story is wait for the porridge to cool." Baby Bear counters, telling Telly that he'll provide "what wheely happened as the porridge cooled."

SCENE cont'd
The Street scene regularly cuts to the Three Bears in an animated forest scene. Baby Bear reveals that the Bear family was exercising their body by running through the woods, jumping through the woods, and soon running and jumping through the woods, not just walking. They sing a song called "We're running fools" as they go.

Soon, the Bears get lost in a Wizard's Magic Garden, filled with sunflowers. The white-bearded Wizard (Alan) tells them he will give them something, which Papa Bear suggests might be "a free checking account?" Instead, he places them under a magic spell, turning them to chickens (with Papa Bear as a black feathered rooster).

When the Wizard leaves, Papa Bear comments that things are "going to be rough." Suddenly, he turns into a dog. In her comments, Mama Bear says "neigh" (as in no), and turns into a horse. Baby Bear realized that whenever they make something that sounds like an animal sound, they turn into that animal. To experiment, they all go "oink, oink, oink" and turn into pigs. The Big Bad Wolf happened to be coming along at the time, and tries to capture the three pigs. They quickly growl to turn back into bears, leaving the Wolf to mope away in disappointment. Returning to the Street scene, Baby Bear comments "...and that, my friends, is why you never see me doing animal impressions."

SCENE cont'd
Back in the Wizard's Magic Garden, the Wizard returns with his sunflower-decorated staff. He challenges them to figure out "three things about vegetables", so they can be released from the Garden. After he disappears, vegetables pop out of the bushes, singing "We are the Vegetables and we are tasty too!" When the Wizard returns, he asks for the answers. Papa Bear replies that vegetables are "good for you," Mama Bear replies that they are "delicious," and Baby Bear hesitates, before mentioning that they "are musical!" The Wizard is repulsed by the answer, until Papa Bear gets the yam, corn, carrot, broccoli, cucumber, and other vegetables to come out and sing the song, ensemble, with the Three Bears.

SCENE cont'd
Satisfied, the Wizard calls them all "a cabbage," in a taxi cab. As they drive off in an invisible car, the cabbage warns them, "I hope you got money for tolls." The plot wraps back on Sesame Street with Baby bear concluding the story and eating his porridge which has cooled off.

Celeb.AndreaBocelli.jpg
Muppet/ Celebrity
When Andrea Bocelli finishes his bedtime story, he sings to Elmo about the importance of going to sleep. He sings about how that day, Elmo has counted to twenty (shown, with tulips in the park), sung (with Zoe and Telly), and played (with Baby Bear). The song unfortunately ends with a very loud section, to which Elmo awakens and sighs "Mr. Bocelli, please, Elmo's trying to go to sleep."

There is no sign of Elmo's mom or dad, nor is it suggested that Elmo is sleeping over at someone else's house or being baby-sat in his own house. At the end, Elmo's half-shut, then fully-shut, eyelids fade in before he is finally asleep.
