Nanny makes valentines day cookies for everybody, but loses the one for Baby Rowlf. The other babies decide to make it up to Rowlf by giving him a valentines day surprise, but after constantly having to hide the surprise from Rowlf, they think that thy made him sadder. However, it turns out that Rowlf was writting a special surprise valentines day song for them. After that, Nanny finds a cookie for Rowlf, which was mistakenly left behind.
