Elmo decides to have a parade, which he calls "The Furry Red Monster Parade". Zoe, Telly Monster, and Big Bird all enjoy the parade and want to be part of it, even though they are not furry and red, and some of them aren't monsters. After Elmo changes the title, a whole crowd wants to be part of the parade. After some thought on what to rename it, Elmo decides to call it "The Anybody Who Wants to Be in a Parade Parade".
