[[Elmo]] decides to have a parade, which he calls "The Furry Red Monster Parade". [[Zoe]], [[Telly Monster]], and [[Big Bird]] all enjoy the parade and want to be part of it, even though they are not furry and red, and some of them aren't monsters. After Elmo changes the title, a whole crowd wants to be part of the parade. After some thought on what to rename it, Elmo decides to call it "The Anybody Who Wants to Be in a Parade Parade".
