Zoe and Telly are playing with a pinwheel -- but as Telly runs around with it, the top breaks off and gets lost. Zoe and Telly are sad to discover that all they have is a stick; the spinny-whizzy-whirly-thing is gone.
Baby Bear and Rosita find the spinny-whizzy-whirly-thing, and they try to figure out what it is. They imagine that it might be a bowtie, a hair bow, a tiny spaceship, or a Ferris wheel for ants.
Telly and Zoe are upset at the loss of their spinny-whizzy-whirly-thing, and Maria suggests that they put up a note on the lost and found board. Baby Bear and Rosita do the same, and the four Muppets reunite the pinwheel's components. Maria glues the pinwheel back together, and everyone enjoys playing with it.
