[[Ernie]] brings his drum kit outside, and decides that he's a one-man band, playing the drums and the bugle. Soon, other bands are forming on the Street -- [[Elmo]] has a drum and a violin, and [[Big Bird]] "la la's" while [[Snuffy]] plays the snuffle. [[Rosita]] comes by with her guitar, and the three bands each ask her to join. Everyone plays different songs at the same time, and they make a terrible noise.
