Telly tries to teach Baby Bear how to whistle, putting him through warm-up exercises and adjusting his pucker. Telly brings Baby Bear to Big Bird for advice -- as a bird, he's an expert at whistling. Baby Bear even tries to dress like a bird, but it doesn't help; he still can't whistle. Alan teaches Telly how to whistle through two fingers, but Baby Bear still can't pick it up. Frustrated from a long day's work, Baby Bear takes a nap -- and Telly discovers that Baby Bear whistles in his sleep.
