Everybody makes presents for Baby Bear's birthday. Elmo and Tarah give Baby Bear pictures. Rosita makes a clay sculpture of her and Baby Bear hugging. Zoe does a ballet dance for Baby Bear, and Big Bird and Snuffy read a poem for him. Telly can't think of anything to make -- until Bob and the adults perform an opera about a king and his porridge, and Telly asks Alan to help him invent a new kind of porridge, a Birthday Porridge.
