	SCENE 1	Bob welcomes the viewer to Sesame Street, and is approached by Big Bird, who communicates by singing instead of by talking. Bob tells him that is known as opera, as seen in the next segment ...
	Muppets	Marilyn Horne sings an opera version of "C is for Cookie". (First: Episode 3189)
	SCENE 1 cont'd	After watching that segment, Big Bird decides that today will be Opera Day on Sesame Street, where everyone will sing what they say.
	Cartoon	Some yucky little teeth sing praise of Mr. Toothbrush, who brushes them. Artist: ArtistMike (EKA: Episode 3244)
	Muppets	Super Grover says that he's going to fly up into the air and point to the letter of the day. He begins by getting a runing start, but only propels himself sideways, hurting himself inthe process. Leaning on the brick wall for support, he thinks maybe he will forget the flying part and just do the pointing part. The following segment presents the letter of the day. (EKA: Episode 3884)

	SCENE 2	Big Bird tells Snuffy about Opera Day, but Snuffy doesn't know what he's going to sing yet. Big Bird tells him to just sing what he says, and Snuffy makes a song out of it: "Oh Dear, What Am I Going to Sing?" Elmo and some kids (including Tyler) join them.

	Muppets	Super Grover intends to fly into the air and wave at the number of the day. He claims that his springy legs will propel him into the atmosphere. 	SCENE 5	Gordon is about to introduce the number of the day, when Big Bird lets him know that it's Opera Day, so instead, the number 0 introduces herself in an operetta, wishing that she were a superhero. Gordon helps her out by giving her a cape.
