[[Telly Monster|Telly]] feels bad because [[Baby Bear]] wasn't invited to the monster sing-along party he's going to. Baby Bear tries disguising himself as a monster, but [[Papa Bear]] tells him he shouldn't pretend to be something he's not just to be included. Then it turns out that Baby Bear was sent an invitation but just didn't get it, so he and Telly go to the party together and teach the monsters the "Twinkle Twinkle" song.
