Now the girls are playing Miss Mary Mac which is a song in a segment. Rosita goes to the courtyard and notices them playing hand games (in the courtyard) Then, Telly asks them how to play those games so they all teach him who to do it which makes everyone happy but first they have to get lunch at Hooper's Store but Telly isn't hungry.

In stop-motion, sandwich ingredients square-dance in a ring and arrange themselves into a sandwich, which gets a bite taken out of it in a refrigerator.

Telly is trying to do Miss Mary Mac hand game as Gordon watches him do it. Telly thinks that he will never do it. Gordon thinks that he should make up his own hand game so he can show it out teach it to his friends. Telly thinks that he can call it The Truly Amazing Telly Monster Game. Gordon tells him what he needs like a rhyme for the game, and put some simple hand movements to the game so Telly is going to do it as long as it takes for the girls to eat at Hooper's Store. Then Rosita, comes back to the courtyard and asks Telly what she is going to do and Telly asks her what he is going to do: both make a hand clapping game to show everyone on Sesame Street. That starts a fight because Rosita wants to show Telly her hand-clapping game first and Telly wants to show Rosita her hand-clapping game.

The Bellhop is sent to the grocery store to get twenty grapefruits. He counts to 20 on the way there so that he can remember the quantity, but forgets what item he was sent for.

They are still fighting about who’s showing who’s hand-clapping game first. Gordon says to take turns by showing each other their hand-clapping game. Since none of them thought of a game, Gordon decides to merge together and make a plan together. Telly calls it the The Truly Amazing Rosita and Telly Hand-Clapping Game. Gordon tells them what he needs like a rhyme for the game, and put some simple hand movements to the game. The start with
