[[Fluffy]] wants to dance inside [[Oscar the Grouch|Oscar]]'s trash can, but there is too much trash. [[Gabi]] suggests that Oscar get rid of some trash, so he holds a trash sale. However, although [[Gina]] and [[Baby Bear]] both find items that they want to buy, Oscar refuses to sell his things to them. Oscar decides that his trash should belong to other grouches, so he calls [[Moe, Moe and Moe|three grouches named Moe]], who run a garbage dump, to take the trash, but he has trouble letting go of the precious waste.
