Miles tries to make a video project for school, in which he talks about where he lives. Gordon videotapes the project. He decides to have Big Bird and some other friends appear in the video. Soon, Miles decides that he wants it to look like it is snowing on the street, so they make snowflakes out of shredded paper. Then they realize that if they want it to look like it is winter, they need to wear winter gear. Later, Miles decides that he wants Oscar the Grouch to appear in the video, but Oscar wears summer gear.
