Telly comes back, with a solution to Ruthie's "problem": first he explains that he imagined that he was the one Ruthie was going to meet today, and how angry he would be if she forgot. That's why Telly put a ribbon around his own wrist! Everything seems fine, until Telly wonders what would happen if he forgot to look at his own ribbon.
