SCENE 4
Elmo brings the ribbon-wearing kids to the park, when Carlo and Telly arrive and let them know that they remember it too. Ruthie arrives and greets everyone, and wonders where her friend is. Her friend shows up right then and there, wearing a ribbon around his snuffle. Just then, Ruthie remembers that she forgot the food, so she runs off to get it. Elmo doesn't need a ribbon to remember the sponsors or the status of Slimey's spaceship.
