SCENE 1 | Elmo welcomes the viewer to Sesame Street, and announces that he's going to be a farmer today. He shows Rosita that he has everything a farmer needs: sunlight, dirt, a flower pot, a watering can, and of course, a hat. Rosita volunteers to be his farmhand, and Elmo reveals what they're going to grow: eggs. They put the egg into the flower pot, cover it with dirt, add the water, and fantasize about the egg tree that will grow from the pot. | |
