Plot: Oscar tries to write a story for the Grouch Story contest, but Elmo, The Count, a cow and others interrupt him from writing it. When the judge comes to hear his story, Oscar explains why he couldn't write it. The judge uses his explanation as a story and Oscar wins the contest.
