Telly runs to Maria, asking her to hide him from Big Bird. He shows a portion of the film to Maria to show why he’s afraid. Maria claims they’ve seen the film dozens of times before, but Telly worries Big Bird will sit on his head. He hears Big Bird arriving and thinks he’s coming to sit on him, so he runs off again. Big Bird comes to Maria and, upon learning why Telly is afraid, sets off to find Telly and settle the problem.

Telly thinks a disguise would help, but sees that Big Bird would sit on his head anyway. He then spots a fancy, lady’s hat with a fake bird already on it, which would fool Big Bird into thinking there’s already a bird on him. Telly sets off to show Big Bird his victory.

Telly also says Slimey’s spaceship is still on its way home.
