Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1
Oscar is out in the park, looking for trash, when Humphrey arrives, with Natasha in her stroller. Suddenly, a wheel on the stroller breaks off. Humphrey can’t wheel it to the carriage-repair shop across town, but if he were to take Natasha out and have someone watch her, he could carry it. Since Oscar’s the only one around, he’s placed with babysitting duty, in exchange for the broken wheel. Oscar is now happy, as he now has a broken wheel and a kid that goes “thpppppth!”, but is disappointed when she kisses him instead.
