Poor [[Wolfgang the Seal|Wolfgang]] has no more fish to eat. His Fairy Godfather appears, and makes it so that if anything is touched by his nose, it'll become a fish. Wolfgang accidentally touches [[Telly Monster|Telly]] with his nose, and turns him into a fish.
