Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Telly and Baby Bear introduce the viewer to the word "HOT," which is exactly how it feels on Sesame Street. They point out the ways you can tell it's so hot and think of a way to cool down. Telly thinks they should see a movie in a nice, air-conditioned theater, but Baby Bear has another idea - sell hot porridge, a dream of his since his youth. Telly insists nobody would buy hot porridge on a hot day, but Baby Bear assures him, "If I make it, they will come."

SCENE 3 Telly gets fed up with their porridge stand endeavor and quits in a fury, stating he's going to a nice, cool movie. Baby Bear is certain his stand will still work, even without his best friend.
Cartoon "Angry Annie": A small girl vents her rage at the world, frustrated by the problems of everyday life, until her younger brother offers her part of his orange.

SCENE 4 Maria and Luis invite Telly to a movie, but he's too quilt-ridden. He feels bad for arguing with Baby Bear and abandoning him. They tell him he should apologize and that should makes things right.
SCENE 4 cont'd Telly returns to the porridge stand, where Baby Bear forgives him. Baby Bear immediately then decides to quit the stand and runs off.
Animation In a Van Gogh painting, a baby takes its first steps to Papa.

SCENE 5 Telly gives Baby Bear a passionate speech about not giving up. The two then notice their stand as a line of customers waiting; their methods of keeping cool have worked too well and now they need some porridge to heat themselves up. Telly and Baby Bear eagerly start serving as Luis announces the sponsors.
