Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Baby Bear and Zoe study a strange box outside Finders Keepers. Baby Bear believes it's a toy, but Zoe asserts it's a mere box. Ruthie tells them they're both right: it's a Jack-in-the-Box. She demonstrates how it works and they request she play it over and over, until she must return to work.
SCENE 1 cont'd Suddenly, they witness a large, letter O rolling past and decide to follow it.
Animation Luxo Jr. examines a box. A smaller lamp pops out of the box, demonstrating "surprise."

SCENE 2 The O makes its way to Oscar's trash can and hovers above it. Oscar believes it's because his name begins with O, but Zoe and Baby Bear think it led them to the can so they can all play together. They beg Oscar to play a game and he devises one: they must find a way to get him to come out from his can. Baby Bear has an idea.

SCENE 3 Baby Bear describes his plan to Zoe: they'll attach a large crank to Oscar's can, much like the Jack-in-the-Box, which will send him flying out once they turn it.
Cartoon The word OPEN is spelled out in jack-in-the-boxes.
SCENE 4 The crank is installed and Baby Bear turns in with increasing speed, but nothing happens. He theorizes they need the music to go along with it and they return to Ruthie.
SCENE 5 Ruthie helps them remember the song by singing it to them over and over.

SCENE 6 Baby Bear and Zoe sing "Pop Goes the Weasel" as they turn the crank, which still doesn't work. They argue over it, which brings Oscar out to listen. They realize they've won the game and leave happily, making Oscar angry. Ruthie announces the sponsors.
