SCENE 1 Telly comes across a sign reading "COWS." He's amazed to see a herd of cows run by every time he says the world aloud.

SCENE 2 Telly shows the sign to Zoe and Lexine and demonstrates what happens when he reads it. The girls try it out, but nothing happens. "I guess I just have the touch," Telly quips. He decides to build a block tower with his friends and when he mentions "COWS," the bovines return and demolish the tower.
SCENE 3 Telly promises not to say the word again as they make a new tower, counting the 18 blocks they use. A little girl shows up and inquires about the word. Telly reads it to her and the cows return, knocking down the tower.

SCENE 4 Telly has made a STOP sign, so when the cows appear, he can make them stop. He tells the cows to try something other than running back and forth and they agree to break their routine and play with their blocks.
Film Kids make the city traffic "stop" and "go."

SCENE 5 They all finish making their tower and the cows gently head off on their merry way. The girl returns with a sign she's found, reading "DOGS." As soon as Telly reads it, a pack of dogs appears and ruins their tower. One of the cows announces the sponsors.

Monty introduces the story of Little Jack Horner, who has recently given up eating with his thumb. At Hooper's, Katie Couric interviews Horner, who has tried using parts of his face to eat his pie, with less-than-satisfactory results: he stuck in his hair and pulled out a pear, then stuck in his snout and pulled out a trout, etc. He vows to make a comeback, however, then sticks his thumb in the pie and accidentally flings a plum into Katie's eye.

Muppets Cookie Monster tells his little cousin monster to get him something special that starts with the letter C.
