Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 Maria and Luis practice dancing while welcoming the viewer. They explain Celina's having a dance tonight at her studio and everyone's going...except Bob, as he points out. He tells the others he doesn't know how to dance, thus has no need to go. Big Bird and Telly overhear and are shocked he doesn't know how; he's a grown-up and even kids like them can dance, thanks to Celina. They think she can teach him how to dance as well.
SCENE 1 cont'd Celina just happens to pass by and they stop her, asking her to teach Bob to dance. After some goading, Bob finally gives in and accepts her offer. He requests that their lesson be kept secret though. Big Bird formulates how they'll cooperate: Celina teaches Bob, while he and Telly try to keep it a secret.
SCENE 2 Outside the studio, Big Bird and Telly are armed with sunglasses and walkie-talkies that got from Oscar (who threw them away because they're functional). Big Bird lays down his plan: he'll stay by the studio to make sure the coast is clear, while Telly accompanies Bob. He even has assigned code names for themselves: Big Bird will be Agent 8 and Telly is Agent 11. Telly isn't sure he can remember the number, so Big Bird shows him some examples...
SCENE 2 cont'd After the film, Big Bird and Telly relay their plan. Maria comes by and the two nonchalantly deny that they're up to anything.

SCENE 3 With the walkie-talkies and some agent lingo, Telly and Big Bird make sure the street is clear for Bob to head to Celina's. Maria and Linda approach Big Bird, wondering what he's up to. Big Bird denies anything is happening and the ladies suspiciously head over to their other engagements. After another false start, Telly sends Bob over to the dance studio.

SCENE 4 Bob arrives at the studio, along with Agents 8 and 11, who continue to make sure the permitter is safe. Celina gets Bob loosened up and they practice a slow dance, with a monster pianist who has trouble keeping his playing "simple." Bob also struggles to follow Celina's instructions and decides to give up. The agents try to catch him before he gets too far.
SCENE 5 The agents follow Bob as he heads back to his apartment. They remind he of the many times he's told them about practice and not giving up. Bob gives in and heads back to the studio.
SCENE 6 Telly and Big Bird watch Bob's lesson from down below and keep Luis away as he questions what they're looking at.
SCENE 7 Bob is showing improvement in his dancing ability. A girl comes by and also asks what the agents are up to. They give her a walkie-talkie and send her away to show how far it works.
SCENE 8 Celina's dance is underway, with a monster band jamming out some music for everyone to dance to. Maria, Luis, Linda and Gabi enter and wonder what Telly and Big Bird are up to. Their lips are sealed, but Big Bird hints they're in for a huge surprise.

SCENE 8 cont'd Bob arrives and he and Celina show off the dance they've been practicing. Everyone is very impressed, including Linda, who wants to share a dance with him. As the band performs a slow dance version of the "Sesame Street Theme," Telly and Big Bird announce the sponsors.
