When he sees Telly pretending to be a plant, Stinky becomes depressed because he's tired of having others move him around; he wants to move on his own. With some help from his friends, Stinky is given a new machine: a "plantmobile", a small motorized vehicle controlled by a tube that, when blown into, controls the speed and direction he wants to go to.
