Earlier in the day, Big Bird wants to play with Maria and constantly bothers her as she tries to get work done. She decides to put him in time out, telling him to think about what he's done and what he'll do next. | ||
Back in the present, Big Bird begins pondering Maria's orders. | ||
Maria checks in on Big Bird, who still isn't sure why he's in time out. She has him imagine their encounter from before, only with the roles reversed. Big Bird imagines trying to repair a toaster, when Maria and Radar distract him from his work. In reality, Big Bird realizes his error and apologizes. Maria forgives him and promises they can play when she finishes work. But, what will Big Bird do until then? | ||

The Count visits Big Bird in search of things to count. He figures he could count blocks as Big Bird assembles them into a large tower. Big Bird confers with Radar over the idea and imagines creating a giant block structure. Unfortunately, in reality, Big Bird only has a mere three blocks to count. The Count counts them anyway, then leaves to count the bricks that make up the Empire State Building. | ||

The Amazing Mumford poofs into the nest on his way to Key West. He asks Big Bird if he wants to see his disappearing chair trick, but first, Big Bird imagines the outcome. In his imagination, Mumford instead causes Big Bird's bear to disappear and replaces it with hair (they rhyme). Back in reality, Big Bird declines to see Mumford's trick and he poofs off. | ||

Mr. Handford stops by and offers to play with Big Bird for the time being. He recalls a game he used to play when he was young, where Big Bird replies "yeah, yeah" to everything he says. Unfortunately, Big Bird keeps replying, not sure when the game is over. | ||
