Picture Segment Description

SCENE 2 Carlo finds a book related to milk for Zoe - "The Cow That Jumped Over the Moon." Zoe doesn't understand the correlation, until she realizes milk comes from cows. She asks him to read it, but he recommends they take it back to Hooper's Store. Zoe doesn't understand how that works, so Carlo brings her to the front desk. She observes Lexine and Carlo using their library cards to take out books, inspiring Zoe to get one too. Linda prepares one for her and all she needs to do is write her name on it. Zoe can't write her name yet, so Carlo brings her back to the store to practice.

SCENE 5 Telly sets up a faux-library, which provides Zoe with ketchup and cheese to make her card with (they're out of pens and paper) while dealing with a "hurricane" (the electric fan) and a blackout (they didn't pay their electric bills). Even with these ridiculous conditions, Zoe flawlessly writes her name.
