Oscar begins to read the story of "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" as Goldilocks and Baby Bear interrupt to snipe at each other.

	Muppets	Grover and Mr. Johnson: Grover the taxi driver picks up Mr. Johnson, who's startled to find his usual Waiter Grover driving a cab. Mr. Johnson wants to go to the library. Grover says that that is a very wise choice, and talks about the great things about a library. "Of course, you could also go to the zoo," he observes, and talks about the benefits of visiting the zoo. He also suggests the museum, or a movie. Mr. Johnson insists that they go to the library -- but Grover says they'll have to wait until he gets his cab fixed. (EKA: Episode 3373)

She apologizes to Baby Bear, and says she understands why he got mad at her. The two put aside their differences and become friends. Goldilocks thanks Oscar for bringing them on "this nice lady's show," where they could discover their deeply hidden friendly feelings toward each other. The grouches are not happy.

Susan begins to announce the sponsors, but Goldilocks interrupts, telling her to let Baby Bear do it, because she knows he likes to. Baby Bear defers to her, and they start arguing over who will let the other one say it. Susan thinks someone better do it, so she announces the sponsors. Baby Bear and Goldilocks begin arguing over which one wasted the opportunity to announce the sponsors, because now it's too late. Oscar thinks things will turn out alright, after all.
