SCENE 3 | Baby Bear runs after Telly, telling him not to quit. They run into Bob, and Telly explains and demonstrates his problem. Baby Bear suggests that Telly try using his imagination: if he pretends that he is a bird, it might help him flap and tweet at the same time. Baby Bear does it, but Telly is still not convinced and asks Bob to try. Bob pretents he’s a bird and successfully flaps and tweets at the same time. Then Telly tries it, and it works! He is happy he will be able to be in the pageant, and the whole neighborhood will see him pretending to be a bird. Baby Bear is surprised that the whole neighborhood will be there to see him pretending to be an airplane, so he refuses to be in the pageant. | |
