Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 Oscar is out in the park, looking for trash, when Humphrey arrives, with Natasha in her stroller. Suddenly, a wheel on the stroller breaks off. Humphrey can’t wheel it to the carriage-repair shop across town, but if he were to take Natasha out and have someone watch her, he could carry it. Since Oscar’s the only one around, he’s placed with babysitting duty, in exchange for the broken wheel. Oscar is now happy, as he now has a broken wheel and a kid that goes “thpppppth!”, but is disappointed when she kisses him instead.
SCENE 2 Oscar tries to make Natasha stop showering him with kisses, when The Count walks by and offers his help. He tries to distract her by having her help him count something, but he can’t find anything to count, until he starts counting Natasha’s kisses.

SCENE 4 Oscar gets an idea to put her to sleep, so she will stop kissing him. On her way back to the dance studio, Celina offers him some more help. She thinks a lullaby will work, but Oscar’s first rendition doesn’t work (as he sang it like a grouch). As he sings it sweeter, Grundgetta witness it and chastises him for being sweet, which wakes Natasha up.
SCENE 5 Humphrey finally arrives back with the repaired carriage, but has forgotten Oscar’s wheel at the shop. Despite Oscar’s protesting, Humphrey keeps his end of the bargain and goes to retrieve it, leaving Oscar with the amorous baby still.

Muppets / Celebrity Elmo encounters Ray Charles playing the piano, and learns that he uses his fingers to read the lyrics. Ray sings and plays "Believe in Yourself", and everyone on Sesame Street joins them.
