Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 Oscar tells Maria he has a big plan for today. He knows that Telly is bound to ask him to play and a simple "no" just isn't enough. So, he's prepared "the Grouchiest NO on Sesame Street." He blows his broken horn, displays a "NO" banner and shouts the word through his megaphone. Telly happens by, but doesn't ask Oscar to play. Oscar thinks it'll happen eventually and uses the time to improve his "NO."
Film Kids play loud and soft notes on the Shpritzer.

SCENE 2 Oscar has hired the Grouchtones to enhance his "NO." However, Telly and Baby Bear both happen by (in football uniforms) without asking him to play. Oscar becomes upset.
SCENE 3 Baby Bear and Telly begin their game of football at the playground, when Maria rushes in. She informs Telly that Oscar is sad because he hasn't gotten to do his "NO." Telly runs off to help his friend, forgetting about Baby Bear, who becomes angry.
Cartoon A scientist builds a robot that has real feelings, such as sad, happy and afraid. (new music added)
