	COLD OPEN	Rosita and Ruthie come across Baby Bear, who is lost in his own wee little world drawing. He tells them he prefers keeping his art from the public eye until it's completed, and Rosita can barely contain herself waiting to see what he's making. Baby Bear believes he'll be finished by the end of the theme song...
	SCENE 1	Baby Bear finishes his drawing - a stylized letter D. Rosita loves it so much and showers him with hugs and kisses ("I hug you and your talent."), then wishes she could draw a D just like him. She asks to borrow his crayons and gets to work, while Baby Bear remarks how much more cooperative she is than Goldilocks. Rosita finishes her letter D, but is upset that it doesn't look anything like Baby Bear's. She keeps drawing until she gets it right.
	Animation	In a painting, a man flips a coin, and it flies in and out of buildings. (EKA: Episode 3291)
	Muppets	At the carnival , Herry asks Ernie to participate in a game. Ernie has three chances to win a prize by knocking down a pile of bottles with a baseball. Ernie only manages to knock down some, then most of the bottles, but not all of them, so he doesn't win the prize. Herry, on the other hand, can knock the bottles down not with a baseball, but with his loud voice. (EKA: Episode 0935)

	Film	Xiao-Mei from northern China describes a festival at the end of every year that her family participates in. Each day of the festival, there is a new show to watch, a series of parades and lots of food like noodles and dumplings. Women prepare floats for the parade while men dress up as river animals. Xiao-Mei's favorite part or the festival is the lion dance. Xiao-Mei also demonstrates how she can walk on stilts which are strapped to her legs, and hopes someday to dance in the big parade. He theorizes she could use some porridge, as it usually helps to release "the artist within." They head off to Hooper's Store for some porridge.

Baby Bear has run out of teaching methods, so she resolves to give up drawing forever. Ruthie returns from her apartment, wishing to put their Ds on her fridge to give it some color. She inspires Rosita to keep drawing, telling her she can draw "like Rosita." Inspired, Rosita gives a speech about all the fridges she could draw for (including the President's).
